Terms

MoseyFam suggests family day-outs. Roll a plan, ignore the ones you don't like, keep the ones you do. These terms cover what that means when you use the app.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape the pipeline, don't abuse the planner, don't impersonate another user, and don't use MoseyFam for anything illegal.

Your account

Sign in with email. You can delete your account anytime from your account. We can terminate accounts for abuse or to protect the service.

Itineraries are suggestions

We aggregate data from Google Places, Ticketmaster, Bandsintown, and Apify Google Events, then Claude Haiku drafts an itinerary. Hours, prices, and availability can be stale or wrong. Verify with the venue before you go. You're responsible for your day — including driving, weather, kid meltdowns, and whether that ice-cream shop actually took Apple Pay.

No warranty, no liability

The app is provided “as is.” We're not liable for what happens on the day out. If a stop is closed, a price is wrong, or a band cancels, you agree we're not on the hook. Our total liability is capped at the fees you've paid us (currently $0).

Changes & contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced via email or on this page. Governing law: California, USA. Disputes will be resolved in California courts. MoseyFam is available globally — if you're outside California, you agree to California jurisdiction for any disputes.
