Notice requirements (17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3)(A))
Your notice must include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it (URL).
- Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
Counter-notice (17 U.S.C. §512(g))
If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. It must include the elements required by 17 U.S.C. §512(g)(3), including your name, address, phone number, the URL of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district.
Repeat-infringer policy (17 U.S.C. §512(i))
MoseyFam will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly post or submit infringing content.
