Refund Policy

Effective May 10, 2026

Day-packs (15, 30, 60 days)

Day-packs are digital goods delivered immediately on purchase. Pack credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase, prorated for any credits already used. Email support@moseyfam.com with your account email and the purchase date.

Family subscription ($9.99/month)

Cancel anytime from /account (web) or your App Store subscription settings (iOS). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no prorated refund of the remaining period is offered.

iOS purchases

iOS purchases are processed by Apple and are governed by Apple’s refund policy. The fastest path is reportaproblem.apple.com.

Required-by-law refunds

Nothing in this policy limits any refund right you may have under applicable consumer-protection law. If your jurisdiction requires a refund longer than 14 days, that statutory period applies.

How to request

Email support@moseyfam.com with your account email, date of purchase, and the reason. We respond within 5 business days.

For-profit disclosure

MoseyFam is a for-profit company. We are not a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, and any payment to MoseyFam is not tax-deductible as a charitable contribution.
