Accessibility statement

Effective May 10, 2026

MoseyFam is committed to making the Service accessible to people with disabilities. We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA and we test the Service against those criteria using both automated tooling and manual review on each release.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is not a one-time project. We address issues as we find them and as you report them. The Service is built with semantic HTML, ARIA where required, keyboard-operable controls, and color contrast targeted at 4.5:1 or higher. Areas we are actively improving: third-party map embeds, animated transitions, focus-trap behavior in modal sheets.

Reporting a barrier

If something is hard or impossible to use because of a disability, please tell us. Email support@moseyfam.com with the URL, your browser and assistive-technology setup, and a short description. We aim to respond within 5 business days and to remediate where feasible.

Limitations

Some content on the Service comes from third parties — place photos, event details, embedded maps. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of third-party content but we will work with vendors to improve it where possible.
